  1. Great info. Thanks so much. Have a great day.
  2. I lost almost 25 pounds on my first Whole30. I have over 100 pounds to lose. Does the weight loss usually slow during the second Whole30? I am actually doing a WHole60 or a Whole90 or a Whole LIFE. Just wndering what to expect. Thanks.
  3. While I do not believe that I have bad breath, I am very careful when speaking with people to always have gum or a mint in my mouth. What can I have in my mouth while on Whole30 to help ensure good breath? Thanks
  4. Thanks for your time Laura. That is a big help. I am on Day 29 of my Whole30 and will start another Whole30 immediately after this one. You all have been very helpful and I appreciate your time. Best Regards, Jon
  5. Shannon, One more quick question and I will leave you alone. I used to drink a nutrition powder called Zija XM+. It is full of vitamins and minerals and has a little ginseng etc. for energy. While my energy is better after 28 days on Whole30; I would love the nutrients. It does have stevia in it. Should I continue to avoid it while I am doing Whole30? I will start another Whole30 in a couple of days. Thanks so much.
  6. Thanks so much Shannon. You ROCK!!!!!
  7. Why are fats so important to weight loss? I love olives but I have high blood pressure and do not need the salt.
  8. Thanks soooooooo much That is extremely helpful. I appreciate your time.
  9. How much fruit are we permitted each day and do we have to eat an entire avocado daily? Thanks.
  10. Thanks for the encouragement. It is nice to hear that everyone didn't just lose a bunch immediately when I am not. Take care and thanks again.
  11. Many, many thanks @JMCBN. I appreciate your encouragement and advice.
  12. Hi All, I am totally new to this Forum and have no idea if what I am typing will even get to anyone. I will have to spend some time looking around the Forum to figure it all out. I am a 54 year old male and have been doing the Whole30 for 10 days. I have done incredibly well and have not cheated, have worked out regularly etc. yet I do not look like I have lost any weight. Should I be concerned or tweak something? Thanks.
