  1. So has anyone seen the Netflix documentary What the Health, Its mostly about how bad meat and eggs is for you. I'm freaking out and trying not to fall into the hype but I look up everything they mention and they're not wrong. Has anyone else seen it? Any thoughts?
  2. For me honeydew melons and cantaloupes get rid of nausea when nothing else will.
  3. @slc_melissa @SugarcubeOD i think i might just have to go with the shot of oil at this point, im not opposed. And yes I disliked most of the things I was eating the last time I did the program but I lost so much weight the last time that I'm trying it again. However, i have moved and now I have fewer resources so the cooking this time has been a lot more difficult.
  4. @ShannonM816 Last time I did the whole 30 I did it with my mom and she loves to cook so we made almost all of them but I don't like tomatoes or mayo, at this point im trying to figure out how I made it through last time, all I know is that i was miserable by the end.
  5. @slc_melissa i like olive oil and ghee I cook all of my food in it. I can stand an avacado every once in a while but never two days in a row i think they're pretty unpleasant. Even when I'm not on whole 30 Ive never liked salad dressing, the vinegar taste is not good to me.
  6. i used to have the same problem, as far as the whole 30 goes I would say lots of fat and lots of vegetables. But for your actual issue I took a probiotic for like two months and I havent really had any issues since, its been like two years now.
  7. I'm not saying that the canola oil people are behind this but I think there are more than a few large companies who are being hurt financially by our new obsession with coconut oil. Everyone loves a good conspiracy theory...
  8. I know part of the plan is to not count calories so I haven't been I am on day 7 of my second round of the program. However I have been so tired these last few days and I counted my calories that I had eaten and basically, every day I'm getting around 1100 give or take. (I'm 5'10). I don't really eat any of the whole 30 sauces because Im a picky eater and i think most of them are gross. I also don't like sweet potatoes. Does anyone have any high calorie whole 30 meals or really easy compliant fats that I could add to my food? Has anyone else had this issue?
