Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 29, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 29, 2013 Yes. You might want to review http://examine.com/supplements/Glucosamine/ on how valuable glucosamine supplementation is likely to be for you.
dblazer
Hello, my first post, and rather than start a new thread I thought I'd try asking here first, I couldn't find anything about coatings on glucosamine/chondtroitin supplements. I was taking a dose daily, using Joint Juice, but it has sucralose in it so I thought I'd switch to a pill, but the ingredients say that they use "modified corn starch" as part of the coating. It seems like the amount would be inconsequential, but I thought I'd ask. having a fairly easy time of it, some headaches yesterday and today (days 2 and 3). I do get a discernable benefit from them, my knees especially seem to be less painful when I'm taking the supplement.
