I am starting a whole 30 today and a bit confused about how much fat to consume at each meal. Using the meal planning template from ISWF, am I supposed to consume just ONE of the fat sources they list or something from each fat source per meal (ie. 1-2 thumbsized portions of oil PLUS nuts PLUS avocado, etc)? Thanks!

Choose one or two fat sources per meal. You don't have to have the same amount of fat in every meal, but you should include enough that you stay satisfied until your next meal.
I think the value of doing a Whole30 is to begin seeing meat, fish, eggs, veggies, and fruit as the good stuff and to start thinking of everything else as stuff we have to make do with occasionally.
