Smoked Salmon Breakfast Scramble

This recipe was easy to make and tasted divine!

I didn't have a few ingredients (like collards and capers), so I used kale instead and skipped the capers.  Nevertheless, it turned out really well, was easy to prepare, and was absolutely delicious!

 

(Also, I just chopped the sweet potato into chunks, rather than making the noodles. They did look cool though!)
