candacevasko
I like to eat these dehydrated vegetable chips while trying to eat clean (not necessarily while on a Whole30). However, I was wondering what this tapioca dextrin is, and if it is compliant. Thoughts? Thanks!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 17, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 17, 2013 Your dehydrated chips fail as Whole30 food because they are so processed... the tapioca dextrin is an additive. Why it is needed, I can't imagine. Tapioca dextrin is not offensive, but you really should eat better food even when you aren't doing a Whole30.
