You never know what difference you might make!

My husband is very much a bread-meat-cheese kind of guy, and since I started my Whole30, I told him I was no longer going to be buying cheese (trigger food for me, found out dairy isn't good for a chronic health issue I battle, also a way for us to save some money). Recently, we made grass-fed burgers, and I asked him if he wanted me to pick up some cheese for a special treat for him, and he said no. He was totally satisfied with his delicious burger being topped with some mashed avocado! One of his go-to snacks has also become avocado on Triscuits instead of cheese. He's also starting to eat more oatmeal and eggs (without cheese) and less cereal/milk for breakfast. Little by little, he's making progress! :)

that's outstanding. There are 2 guys in my office that have slimmed down considerably in the past couple months. When I asked them how they were like oh...we're doing that program you told us about. I had no idea!
