Nurse Ninja
I'm on day three, and so far things have been pretty good. However, I've been feeling really warm/hot all day today. I rarely get sick and other than feeling tired (which is normal at this point from what I understand) I don't have any other cold symptoms, so I don't think it's cold/flu related. Has anyone else experienced this?
amberino21
it could be your body reacting to all the food you're eating? I notice I get warm after eating a big meal, especially one with quite a lot of carbs.
Pierre
I am on Day 3 and noticed I feel hot, like my body is really metabolizing. I have been strict on the plan so far… I haven't felt bad today, unlike the posts predict.
MerBear
Feeling warm here as well -- I have been breaking into sweats -- hot and cold -- after eating breakfast (1 egg + 3 egg whites in coconut oil, 1/2 avo, 1/4c coconut chips, 1/4c cashews, banana). Is this normal? Or is this part of "kill all the things?"
Lisa L
I too have been feeling warm. I LOVE it. I am usually so cold. I do think it's my metabolism running more efficiently and I welcome it!

cburns
Freezing cold yesterday (day 2) and so hot today. I also have quite the headache, but kind of like it as I know the diet change is working
Pierre
As a side, I'm on day 25 and no longer have the hot/cold flashes. I think that is something about the change in fuel. A couple things I've discovered, you can't skip meals and must have the right foods available at food time. I have crashed a few times on this diet, and it always is when I have waited to eat or didn't eat enough. Otherwise, I feel good!
