cactuscat
I tried this Lemon Caper Tilapia recipe last night using Basa instead of Tilapia - it's really tasty, and super easy! 5 ingredients, 5 steps, took me about half an hour from fridge to table. I served it on a bed of steam-fried kale and broccoli, with some raw cashews to add a bit of fat. http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/lemon-caper-tilapia/b7fc94b6-6fbe-404c-ba1e-4223fc2f09b6 Would probably be nice with salmon too. pintchow
I made something similar with Nom Nom Paleo's anchovy caper sauce. Pan fried petrale sole with sugar snap peas/leftover spaghetti squash, topped with that zesty deliciousness! http://nomnompaleo.com/post/31668858279/leons-caper-and-anchovy-miracle-sauce
