DAY 28 - LOVE!

When you’re prepping your food just think good thoughts into it! It makes a huge difference to everything! No cranky cooking!

Here are a couple of great links about putting positive intentions into your food:

Put a Little Love into Your Food and Cooking

http://www.generatio...od-and-cooking/

I Love You, Food – The Power of Intention on What We Eat

http://www.sabrinabo...on-what-we-eat/

Buddhist Monks Bless Tea With Good Intention – Here’s What Happened

http://www.collectiv...-what-happened/

This is a lovely documentary (I have seen it) about zen and the art of cooking

So – love and positivity into whatever you eat and drink today, more than ever!

DAY 29

On this day we enjoyed a virtual potluck and we answered the following questions:

* what was your favorite thing you ate/made/thought about making on the W30?

* what were the go to things you made and ate again and again (even if super simple)

* what, if any yummy dishes will you be continuing to make after W30 is over?

* any favorite recipe links or blogs you discovered along the way?

* anything you would or wouldn't do again food-wise?

* if we had a big ole potluck party (on the Whole 30 Holodeck, points for getting that geek reference), what would you bring for all of us to nosh on? Compliant of course!

I'm looking forward, too.   I'm making all kinds of balsamic reductions.  Blueberry, cherry, citrus, peach, ginger.

I'm making these recipes, and there's enough here to last me for weeks.

Deb, will you posting the next round on this same thread?  Please do!  (I was just looking over the exotic meat recipes fondly - it was my favorite IOD from the 6/9 group - and found a recipe to riff off when I try goat later this week!
