Maja
I love my tea with 2 sugars and a drop of milk. Do I have to completely give up my cup of tea with milk and sugar in order to be whole 30 compliant? I only drink one a day.
missmary
yes you have to give up milk and sugar completely to be compliant. no amount of milk or sugar is permitted during the 30 days.

Tina R
You might want to read this post with all the rules. http://whole30.com/new/. Good luck!
Carlaccini
Remember the whole 30 is all about cleaning your system out completely. That little bit of dairy could be causing you inflammation and you won't know it until you completely eliminate it. As for sugar - any added sugars (sweetners) will keep you wanting more. So you are basically setting yourself up for sugar cravings all whole 30 long. Which quite frankly gets tiresome.
LucieB
So you are basically setting yourself up for sugar cravings all whole 30 long. Which quite frankly gets tiresome. Every now and then I read something that sticks with me, and it later serves as a motivation or the words I need to hear to make better decisions. Carlaccini, this is a GEM!! This morning while wondering if extra fruit at breakfast would be good for me or not, the words "which quite frankly gets tiresome" rang in my ears! LOL!!
