Seems like I need to avoid the soy (which is ok, I'm allergic to that anyway), legumes, etc. Thoughts? Hi! Anything you can eat for any other meal, you can eat for breakfast. Sometimes it helps to think in terms of meal 1,meal 2, and meal 3 rather than breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
