Sparkle0920
Magnesium Ingredients: Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose Gel, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid B12: Dibasic Calcium, Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Cellulose Gel, Magensium Stearate, Cyanocobalamin, Croscarmellose Sodium. Are any of these off limits? I am having a hard time figuring this out! Thank you!Stefanie
Guest Andria
Those supplements are fine. Generally speaking, off limit ingredients that are commonly found in supplements would be dairy, soy or gluten derived ingredients; rice flours; corn starch and other additives http://whole30.com/downloads/additives.pdf; any sugars http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-sugar.pdf- note especially the section named "Science -y names for sugar.' Essentially, the same rules that apply to the food you eat during your Whole30 applies to your supplements. Anything prescribed by your doctor trumps Whole30 rules, even if it contains non-compliant ingredients.
