Hi;

I haven't had a chance to go through all the ingredients. Vegetable Glycerin is a sneaky sugar, so for a Whoile30 that would be out. However, you're saying that you're looking more at eating the Whole30 style going forward, which is great. I do just wonder then why you want to spend your hard earned money on vitamins when you're getting excellent nutrition following the program (providing you're eating to the meal templates and getting good variety of proteins, veg and fat...

I have no objection to any of these supplements during a Whole30 based upon ingredients even though vegetable glycerin is a sugar alcohol.

I recommend you avoid taking a laxative. Just because senna is a herb does not make it natural for you to use it to force your body to expel waste. Use of a laxative can make you dependent on a laxative.

Thanks, Tom.  Can you explain your position on the vegetable glycerin?  If it's compliant for the Whole30 then I might not have to search for a new B-vitamin complex (which I take for energy support and hopefully can discontinue when I hit the "Tiger Blood" stage).

Cheers,
