Well, that's not true, I think some of the good butcher shops downtown and the farmer's markets may carry good duck worthy of the fat. I don't know if you have found it yet, but I know that in Portland Oregon you can get duck fat at New Seasons. I saw it when I was home visiting recently. I was jealous that Oregon had it, but now I've found it at Moore Wilsons in Wellington New Zealand so I'm happy now Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
