idauria
I decided to take Melissa Joulwan's advice and precook some stuff. I just pulled out some boneless chicken breasts out of the oven and I have a sweet potato still in there. Ok, it's not really a cook at thon, but it's a start. For lunch I figure I'd eat one breast, the sweet potato, and some bok choy that's in the fridge. The bok choy leftovers will keep for other meals. I want to do the precooked ground beef too, maybe if I have time tomorrow. I just got 2 packages of grass fed ground beef from my CSA.

Aberrantatavia
Idauria, the best way to get used to doing a cookathon is to start slow and not overwhelm yourself, so you've done "step one". Sometimes just making a double batch of something is helpful a few days later. I also will make more of something if it takes the same amount of time and I know that I can freeze it.
