milonac
I'm reading some conflicting information about when to take a probiotic. Some places say take it on an empty stomach, some say to take it with food to avoid stomach upset, etc. Prior to my 1st W30 I took them at night before bed. But, I've started taking Magnesium and the bottle says to not take it with food as it will reduce the acid in my stomach. So, I figured it's probably not a good idea to take the probiotic and magnesium together. Does anyone have any insight?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 13, 2015 I take mine while my eggs are frying in the morning, but basically I don't think it matters much.
jsp
Question re probiotic: I was taking a compliant brand. Ran out, but noticed a second bottle in the cabinet; and failed to notice that it contains rice bran...noticed today when I was re-checking since I was bloated -- I think I've taken for 3 days now? Totally had a brain fart the first time reading the label; today is day 24/30...do I have to start all over? I appreciate the help, thanks!
