ksimmonlowman
I live in Ecuador and started my Whole 30. I recently found Sacha Inchi seeds (they are from Peru). Are these Whole 30 compliant?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 25, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 25, 2015 It sounds like something that would be okay (they're not legumes like peanuts are, they're just seeds, which was my worry since they're referred to as Inca peanuts). Like all other seeds and nuts, they'd be a fat source, and they'd be something you'd have in limited quantities -- as the meal template says, not more than one closed handful with a meal, and you probably don't want them at every meal.
