jldickison
I completed my whole 30 about three weeks ago. However I am not finished. I discovered I have some digestive issues so I started to change over to low fodmap foods. I am also looking into aip so I will be very limited on veggies and fats. No nuts or avocados or butter of any kind. I would love suggestions for good fats. Recipes or just easy portions. And I'd gladly take any veggie suggestions as well. Thank you! Carlaccini
Olives are a great fat source. So is duck fat - oh how I love any vegetable seasoned and tossed in duck fat and then roasted in the oven.....
Erica Gucc
you can buy olives in these little "togo" containers which are really convenient! I've loved black olives since childhood and i know a lot dont care for em. I can eat a dozen in a blink of an eye

Home made mayo and all the mayo based sauces are great (providing they don't have fodmap/aip limited spices in them but you can always modify as necessary). snailytrail
That sounds really tough. Can you have coconut oil and mayo? Is ghee ok if butter isn't? Olive oil drizzled over everything sounds good for you too.

thegoldengrahamgirl
Coconut butter! Artisana makes convenient single-serve packets and out of the jar, I love Nutiva coconut manna (same thing).

Loulabelle
Eggs are verboten when doing the AIP version of W30. Can you have mayo? Is it wrong to say I'm pretty glad I don't have to worry about AIP? LOL... I'll stop giving suggestions.

But I don't speak it outloud. California Ranch olive oil is delish.
