kybrandon
What about sodium phoshate? It is listed on some canned pork loin that would otherwise be fine.

kybrandon
I already did check that handout. It is not even listed as good or bad. That is my problem! There is no mention of sodium phosphate in the Whole 30 book!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 28, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2015 It is not possible for there to be a list of every single food additive. The list I linked and that you reviewed is the Common Additive Sheet....the things folks are most likely to run into. That said, the "NO" portion of that list is completely inclusive. As long as the item isn't called out as a specific "no", it is not banned on a Whole30. Beyond that it's up to you to do your own research/investigation and see if it is something you wish to consume.
