nicoley22 Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 I've been going as planned and I'm on day 12. Well, looking back on today's templates, I forgot fat for lunch. I also threw away my chicken bc it was gross reheated. So, I expected to make a mini meal a little bit later. I had my mini meal around 3pm and two hours later, my stomach is mildly growling. Guess what I forgot? Yep, another fat! I've also been more tired this afternoon than previous. EAT YOUR FATS! I learned my lesson Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MrsStick Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 Yeah, fat has been the number one thing I've wanted this pregnancy. I haven't been able to maintain a W30 style way of eating but have been applying what I've learned about my body during my previous W30s. Fat is what I want all the time, followed by carbs. Protein...ehh, take it or leave it mentally but definitely a good thing for me physically. I was off veggies for a good while but am back on and loving salad greens and roasted root veggie medley finally!
