SGanguly
Hi, I'm from India, and most of my diet comprises of standard Indian food fare (think veggies cooked in spices / onion & tomato based curries etc.). We use some seeds very commonly in our cooking - nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and mustard seeds. I see that "cumin" and "mustard powder" is listed in the acceptable list of things to have. Please let me know if nigella / cumin / mustard / fenugreek seeds are okay as well. And if it matters, I use about 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of these seeds (sometimes just one of them, or sometimes a mixture) in a dish as flavouring. GFChris
All of those ingredients are fine on a Whole30. Enjoy!
