newwhole30er
In addition to the recommended magnesium, vitamin D (which I am confirmed low in), probiotics, and fish oil, I'm also taking zinc (because I have the copper IUD) and B-complex (for adrenal fatigue). Is there any problem with taking all of these at once?
GFChris
I suggest you direct your question to your physician, as taking those supplements is not Whole30-specific and we are not medical professionals here.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 6, 2015 Moderators Share Posted December 6, 2015 Chris is absolutely right. There can be problems with combining certain supplements. My functional medicine doctor advised me to separate the times at which I took one specific supplement from another specific supplement by several hours because she was concerned that one was inhibiting the absorption of the other when my blood work showed no changes after three months of taking a specific supplement. All that said, I personally have taken the supplements that you asked about together.
