General "What It's Like to Be Pregnant During W30" Help

It's Day 1 and I'm 17 weeks pregnant!  This is my fourth Whole30, but first while pregnant.  What are some differences I can expect?  I've already gained more weight than I should've (15 lbs.. thanks holidays and cravings) and I'm not even half-way, so I'm hoping the W30 can help me slow down and put on a healthy amount of weight in a healthy way.  

 

What are y'all's experiences doing a W30 about halfway through pregnancy?  What can I expect and prepare for?

When I did it while pregnant it wasn't o bad I felt really good and when I'm pregnant I eat and eat I can't stop not sure if it's a hormone thing or what but with each pregnancy I've gained 40lbs I jaunt found out I'm pregnant with my 5th and needing to keep this one gaining as least amount as possible since I am already overweight. This one decided to come now and not wait. But when I did it it was great the only this for me was I started craving hamburgers and stuff like that and messed up my only regret is realizing the craving would go away and not staying on it the rest of my pregnancy I have a sugar/food addition to top it off which indent realize then. If you can get passed the cravings and realize they will go away which mine weren't to bad I just listened to everyone else besides myself and gave in so trust yourself I really think doing this while pregnant isn't bad or unhealthy as long as your eating when your hungry and getting enough to eat. But the cravings do go away
