My stove broke last night (of course I figured this out AFTER I did all the prep for dinner) and our super isn't sure when exactly we will get a new one. So last night we ordered Chinese and I got steamed shrimp and broccoli (after interrogating the poor woman on the phone to make sure everything was compliant) with no rice or sauce and with my own vinegarette on top. Lucky I have some hard boiled eggs, so that took care of breakfast and I did a "make-your-own" salad from the deli around the corner for lunch. Butttttt, I am a bit SOL for dinner, does anyone have any favorite restaurants in Brooklyn or Manhattan with menus that are easy to make compliant? Thanks!!
