Gotmilk9579 Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 All, Need you help/ suggestions- especially for those of you familiar with LAX. I'm sitting in the lounge and my flight is delayed. The ceaser salad here is coated in cheese and dressing so I'm looking for other options in the terminal. What do you eat here that's whole30 compliant?(I'm only on day 10, but I've made it this far despite constant travel and don't want to mess it up). I'm in the American terminal. Thanks! praxisproject Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Not familiar with LAX but understand the lack of nutrition available in airports See if you can find some plain naked fruit, compliant nuts, compliant jerky, cans of tuna, somewhere which cooks real eggs (not those weird things that come in a bag), dates or dried fruit (these can trigger the sugar dragon if you're hungry and have nothing else). You might do better in a non-food service store for things like nuts and jerky (our airport newsagents often have compliant nuts). If all else fails, have some tea or black coffee.
