SamL
My husband picked this up today and I don't know if you're supposed to eat it raw..cook it? I don't know what most of the things in it are! It contains baby spinach,a bunch of what I assume are lettuces (green leaf, mizuna, tatsoi, mache, and lots of others)and some greens(red mustard),red chard, organic beet tops, lolla rosa..Anyway,there's lots of different green stuff in it! So,just salads or something else?
GFChris
Looks like a bunch of different greens. My guess is you could do either raw or cooked. Enjoy!
QuilterInVA
I've never cooked it. I slice up a pear, sprinkle on a few almonds, and put on some lemon vinagrette.
praxisproject
Since they're baby leaves it's probably usually eaten raw. If you aren't a fan, you could probably mix it in with an omelette or mix through some warm ingredients for a warm-ish salad.
SamL
We've been sautéing it. It tastes similar to a braising mix we grew last summer. I'm ready for my store to get spinach back after that recall :/
praxisproject
Don't forget frozen greens! Green beans and (some) stir fry mixes are my favourite I use the stir fry ones only in thai curries though, where it doesn't bug me they're a bit soft.
