frogtox
This weekend I discovered lamb roasts on sale for $2.99 a pound, so I bought a couple, cut them up and made stew meat and ground the rest. Now I have two bones that have quite a bit of meat left on them and I'm wondering if there are any soup or stew recipes out there that I can use them for. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 26, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 26, 2016 Google is exceptionally helpful for these types of questions. I googled Whole30 lamb bone stew and got these as the first hits from reputable paleo/whole30 bloggers https://whole30shebang.wordpress.com/2013/07/29/lamb-stew/ http://www.rubiesandradishes.com/2014/01/21/30-whole-30-friendly-slow-cooker-recipes/ http://nomnompaleo.com/post/3214994304/rogan-josh-lamb-stew http://bepaleoandthrive.blogspot.ca/2014/10/lamb-stew-aip-whole30-paleo.html Give one of those a try?
