generikart
Say 9 was the first day I added a few baby potatoes into my 3rd meal. On day 10 I woke up with a massive headache! Potatoes or something else? I'm good to go with yams/sweet potatoes. Anyone else have problems with white potatoes?
jmcbn
Potatoes are a part of the Nightshade family & many people have problems with them...The list of nightshades is quite extensive, but how are you with tomatoes & peppers?
generikart
I'm very good with tomatoes and peppers, who knows, maybe it was just a fluke or caused by another factor. Thanks
praxisproject
Some people also only have trouble with the skin, so try them peeled too. Day 10 headaches are usually over, but it also could be one last trick from your body trying to get you to consume a whole bunch of sweet stuff, watch out for any severe fruit cravings, it could also be your sugar dragon. amyfillinger
I didn't eat any white potatoes for the first few days. I added them into breakfast one day and dinner on another, I felt great both of those days. I am so relieved.
missmary
I usually avoid to have potatoes during my meals becoz It contains a lot of fat . I usually have food rich in fibre . um, sorry, maybe there is a language issue, but potatoes are actually very low fat on their own. True, fat is often added to potatoes in various preparations, but that is a very good thing as long as the fat is high quality. A variety of vegetables, protein and good fat is the goal here. Potatoes can fit into that template nicely if you enjoy them and they leave you feeling good.
