MeghanDamato
I use a prebiotic, probiotic with digestive enzymes and I'm afraid that it is not compliant. I am on day 4 and just noticed the ingredients have dextrose and rice bran. Does this mean I have to start over?
GFChris
I'm sorry to say you're correct: those two off-plan ingredients make that product non-compliant. As to whether to start over, read this:http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/
MeghanDamato
Thank you!! I will be starting today as day one after reading that. The rules are rules right? Plus I want to get the best results possible for my body. Do you have any suggestions of what digestive enzymes to take that are compliant? My gut is killing me with this new lifestyle. Have you heard of drinking apple cider vinegar for gut health?
MeghanDamato
I recently found out that my probiotic has non compliant ingredients in it. I feel like it is one supplement I definitely need because my gut is hurting almost all day. Does anyone have any recommendations of a good probiotic to take? Or any natural remedies to help heal my gut and help the pain? I was thinking of drinking apple cider vinegar before meals to help with the digestion. Has anyone heard of doing that before? Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 29, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 29, 2016 I take Primal Flora. Another good one is Prescript-Assist. You can get both from Amazon.com. Drinking ACV is a folk-remedy approach. It may have some value, but if you are seriously in need of help with digestion, try a real digestive enzyme. I don't have a recommendation, but google Whole30 and digestive enzymes.
GFChris
I merged these two threads, as you posted the same question twice in two different places. Per the forum rules, please do not cross post.
