Whole30 ending and off to Paris - what would you do?

My whole30 (this is my 2nd in 2 years) is ending on Tuesday and I just found out I have to go to Paris on Saturday for 5 days.  Paris is awesome, but I was really happy I'd be able to work on the reintroduction plan this time, which now will be limited.  The first time I did the Whole30, I went on vacation 2 days later, so the reintro was a bust.

My plan has been and will be to reintroduce dairy on Wed.  I think dairy is an issue for me but the one thing I miss when on Whole30 is the organic 1/2 1/2 in my coffee.  Plus, I will forever eat cheese, when it's a really tasty one, so I just want to know this one food group in particular.  I will do this reintro but then be strict for the rest of the week and then I am off to Paris.  I know I won't go crazy but I love red wine and cheese and good bread.  Yes, all things my body hasn't had and hasn't had much craving for (the habitual red wine craving on the weekends not included) but I do plan to have these in Paris because I know they will be good and worth it.  That is something I've learned on the Whole30 in the past, is just because it's there doesn't mean you have to eat it and if it's not special, don't do it.  I've been to Paris before, it will be worth it!

So, my question is, I will be back the following Friday and provided I haven't gone completely off-track, would you do a whole7 or think I may have messed things up enough that a whole30 would have to happen again.  Or should I just wait and see how I feel?

Thanks!

I would enjoy Paris, don't go too far overboard with the special and unique off plan foods and wine Paris offers you, and see how you feel when you get back.  If you feel sub-par, resume Whole30 eating for as long as you need to feel the same way you do on day 31.  If there are more reintros you want to do at that point, begin them then.
