chubbywarrior93
This is my first day doing the Whole30 and I have put together a meal from scratch which was totally yummy. It was baked garlic Pollock with zucchini spaghetti and mushroom, red pepper, onion and beetroot ratatouille. All of it was cooked in coconut oil and it tasted even better than I could have imagined! Really easy to make too, I'll upload the recipe if you are interested?

CarolineA333
Yesterday I had the most AWESOME meal that just came together so well. I had some cooked sweet potato so I chunked it up and put that in the bottom of a container. Then we had leftover Citrus Carnitas from Well Fed which are da bomb! I topped it with some blanched frozen broccoli that I had in the freezer. All of that was heated up at lunch time. Then I stirred in some homemade avocado mayo. OMG!! the citrus from the meat and the creamy avocado were perfect together. What a great throw-together meal:).
Xandra
I made these Paleo eggplant boats using shredded Buffalo chicken instead of tomato & ground beef. My family loved them. http://www.everydaymaven.com/2013/paleo-stuffed-eggplant-ground-beef/
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted February 9, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 9, 2016 Isn't it great when you throw a bunch of leftovers in a pan, cross your fingers and hope it is at least edible, and then it ends up being freaking amazing? I've had many of those meal miracles on Whole30 ...
