musclesglasses5 Posted February 3, 2016 Share Posted February 3, 2016 In the past 30 days, I eliminated: sugar sweeteners grains caffeine alcohol dairy legumes white potatoes eggs nuts and a variety of spices in the nightshade family. I gained: better sleep, looser pants, better gums, better digestion, more focus, better cooking skills, and much more energy. Gout got better.Hemorrhoids got better. Ulcerative colitis got better. Was able to do cardio again. Decreased number of prescriptions I needed to take. I also lost between 5-8 lbs depending what time of the day you were weighing me and while I'm still overfat at 27.4% body fat, my fat mass of 64 lbs is as low as it has probably been in years.
