Rlamason Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 I am starting Whole30 on Monday. I usually use Mara Natha no stir crunchy almond butter. I noticed that even though it says all natural and organic that its has Organic Evaporated Can Sugat in the ingredients ( Dry Roasted Almonds, Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Palm Oil, Sea Salt) I'm assuming that is off limits now - correct? If you already have it at home, put it out of reach or in a box so you don't accidentally have it during your Whole30.
