allysonc Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 Hi, I am Allyson and I can't wait to be on this journey with y'all. I have had severe stomach issues for the past 2 years with no foreseeable end. I have been trying to just stay away from things that tend to make me sick but it is pretty stressful to never know when you are going to be sick and bedridden. Also kind of a heavy drinker, I would say 10+ a week. I think that will be the hardest part. Anyway, I am super pumped to change my lifestyle and am equally excited to have a community of people like me who are getting healthy and really ready to change Al Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
