jmcbn
Hello & welcome to Whole30 There are lots of other choices for adding fat to meals - probably the most popular being home made mayo. Other options would be olives, olive oil, ghee/clarified butter, nut/seed oils, nuts, nut butters (all nut/seed products to be consumed in moderation only), coconut oil/milk/cream/flakes, tallow, schmaltz, lard, duck/goose fat... Hope this helps.
praxisproject
Be aware that some allergies to avocado are a latex allergy. Other foods which he could be sensitive to include bananas and plantains and you can get both internal, oral and skin contact reactions. He could also be allergic to latex gloves, condoms and other products (especially medical equipment). For anyone who has reactions to all of these, they're all also good sources of potassium (okay, not the gloves or other non-food things!), so keep an eye on your potassium levels if you've been a regular consumer of them (cramping of the big toe can be a sign of potassium deficiency).
