ashleyyk
I tried to google if I could have it but found no results. Consequently, I was just about to Google the nutrition facts but the Taco Bell website is down.
AmyS
This ingredient list http://genius.com/Taco-bell-ingredient-statement-annotated says no. All of the ingredients lists mention soy, wheat, and/or sugar. You are highly unlikely to find a Whole30 compliant food item in a fast food restaurant. ashleyyk
Well, I figured. But since it was just the sauce (and I couldn't see the nutritional info) I figured I would ask! Do you- or does anyone else- know of any good salsas or hot sauces (besides Frank's) that are compliant?

Do you- or does anyone else- know of any good salsas or hot sauces (besides Frank's) that are compliant? I think some versions of Tabasco are, but not all -- I want to say their original is, but definitely read the label. For salsa, just go to the store and look, I've always been able to find something when I've looked for it at any store, and I've found several different brands. praxisproject
Some of the Louisiana hot sauces are compliant. I like those on pulled pork and spaghetti squash. Sugar free and grain free salsa in a jar barely exists in Australia
laura_juggles
The bottle of Cholula original that I have is compliant. And I feel like it's practically a food with no brakes for me, lol. I love hot sauce!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 12, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 12, 2016 Vendors change formulations and people pass on misinformation all the time. Go to your local store and look at the ingredient list on bottles. Even if you hear that Frank's Hot sauce is compliant, you are responsible for looking at the ingredient list on the bottle in front of you to verify. I once looked at every variety of hot sauce at Whole Foods. I found 2 compliant out of about 20.
SpunkyBug
My husband likes Melinda's Red Savina, which is pretty hot. I prefer the Melinda's that just says Hot Sauce, which is milder. Both of these are compliant in our neck of the woods and at this point in time. But as Tom said, always read the labels.
SpunkyBug
Bailey Farms is also really good, but hard to find. The only store we could find it at stopped selling it.
Christabel
Everybody says I'm crazy, but a few shakes of cayenne pepper taste no different to me than any commercial hot sauce.
