lwatkins
Everything is organic; gluten free; pretty much everything on the WildTree labels I have found as listed in the Whole30 cooking section. WildTree.com Before starting Whole30 I purchased quite a few WildTree spices and their grapeseed cooking oil.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 12, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 12, 2016 You're really going to have to go home and read all your labels and see. Just because it's organic and gluten free doesn't mean it doesn't contain sugar or sweetener in some form, or soy, or some other off-plan ingredient. Just looking at one item from the gluten free section, the Fiesta Salsa Mix, it contains maltodextrin which is a sugar, so it's not allowed. Read through the rules, the Can I Have list, the Sneaky Sugars Guide, and the Additives Cheat sheet so you know what you're looking for, and then read your labels, for these and for any other prepackaged product you wish to consume during Whole30.
