Hello -

I am looking for a women's multivitamin, was previously using Centrum for Women, but it contains Soy Lecithin. Also looking for a brand of Biotin, I was using Trader Joe's previously, but it contains Rice Flour.

Any recommendations on those two?

I found these two on Amazon, thoughts?

Rice bran oil makes a product non-compliant for a Whole30.

I take a B-Complex from Solgar - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00020IB2W/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1455572146&sr=1&keywords=bcomplex

One ingredient is glycerin, a sugar alcohol, but I don't worry about it. On the other hand, I am not doing a Whole30 and glycerin is very common in supplements.

If I am doing a whole 30, I should probably avoid the Glycerin, do you agree?
