I'm an avid cook with a large cookbook collection and although I haven't had too much difficulty making recipes Whole30 compliant (except for Chinese dishes), very few have been wowsers. Until, that is, I found this recipe for scallops with spicy oil on Epicurious: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/scallops-with-spice-oil-395435. That sauce is a dream. Great on the scallops; great stirred into cauliflower rice. Very much looking forward to trying it with grilled fish and perhaps even grilled pork. Too good not to share.
