Week one

I have completed my first week today. So far so good. I have made the mayo and the BBQ sauce. I will never buy these items again. Eating well never felt so good. I haven't experienced any sugar withdrawals or headaches although my husband who is doing this with me has. I'm excited to see what the next three weeks bring in the way of energy and vitality.

I have 3 weeks ahead of me too and like you, feeling good, no big crises except I am getting a little bored with food. Don't get me wrong. I love eating like this, it's just the template and keeping it balanced. Was so tempted to weigh myself earlier today but stopped myself!

I have just completed my first week too. I have done W30 before but forgot just how much washing up all this cooking creates!! We didn't replace our dishwasher when we refitted the kitchen last year. Mistake? Ha ha!!

Feeling good, energy levels improving, sleep getting there. Loving the way I feel without the bread and milk in my life.

Here's to a catch up in a week when we'll be half way there!

I'm just finishing week 1 too, and I have this overwhelming drive to get on the scale?! Before the W30, I had no use for scales. But it's like I want some kind of objective confirmation that I feel different?! This is not a side-effect I had expected.
