volleyball35 Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 As I read the different forums it makes me wonder if I'm planning the right things. I planned on starting April 4th. Right now I am making sure I have the right kitchen essentials in the house. Making a list of things I need to get from different stires. I'm nervous about when I should eat and if I have a balanced meal planned. I don't want to eat too much of anything but I'm willing to try new things. Boredom eating is not encouraged and it's one of the habits that you are encouraged to start working on breaking. Regarding the fats, it reads "Add fat in the following recommended amounts 'per meal" and there is a list with 7 bullet points. And don't replace old refined sugar habits with naturally occuring fruit ones.... Stick with three good sized template meals - and be generous with the fat. Fat is your new friend.
