I've had a few headaches & some brain fog, but yesterday I had my morning breakfast & felt full:) That was pretty excited. Today I ate out for the first time & it went well. I'm usually not much into social media, but I'm trying to go at this with full conviction & thought it might be nice to try & reach out to the community. Also true to get a feel for where I can buy some of the ingredients I need for cooking. This week has been Spring Break for me, so it's been easy to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
