vizfit
I had morning sickness weeks 6-12 with my first pregnancy and ginger ale & saltines got me through, along with B-natals. I know ginger ale and saltines are not compliant and I don't have morning sickness yet (5 weeks today), but want to know what I can take/have to help me stay within guidelines through my first trimester. I'm not interested in eating bagels & cream cheese to survive like I did with my first pregnancy... Thanks!
praxisproject
Your local pharmacy may have ginger tablets for morning sickness, just check that they're compliant.
Karen_Suep
Ginger and peppermint will help a lot with the nausea. I found that I did best with them in tea form but I'm sure there are other ways to use them too.
