nutmegananne
I bought some grassfed beef short ribs yesterday. I love eating short ribs out, but I've never actually cooked any before. I know they probably need to be cooked low-and-slow, but beyond that, I don't know what to do. I would love to hear techniques, recipes, or ideas. Thanks
Tracy R.
I cooked some for the first time last week. I used a recipe I found on the internet for my crockpot. They were very good. http://civilizedcavemancooking.com/foodslideshow/crockpot-simple-short-ribs/
Susan W
Most short rib recipes call for lots of red wine and I think it would have been sort of flat to me if I just made it with Beef Stock, so I tried this recipe and it's FABULOUS!!! I served it with the baby bok choy and mashed cauliflower to soak up all the juices. http://paleospirit.com/2012/asian-style-beef-short-ribs-paleo/
