ElizabethG Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 Hi All, Just curious what people do on the weekends when typical work-week schedules are not around to help with consistent meal times. During the week I usually eat breakfast at 7:30, lunch at noon and dinner between 7-8 (usually throw a snack in if dinner is closer to 8). However, on the weekends things are very different. Breakfast may not be until 10, pushing everything back, on top of the fact that with the nice weather, I am out and about during the day, not always knowing where/when I will be hungry. I still usually have a dinner plan around 7:30, but the middle of the day gets lost, which makes it more difficult to stick to the meal template.
