Almost a decade ago I was diagnosed with Oral Allergy Syndrome, specific to chicken meat (not eggs). Over the years I have rarely and inconsistently reacted to pork and various fruits as well. Knowing this, I eliminated chicken during my Whole30 and severely limited exposure to any other food items to which I have previously reacted. I am 20 days in today and reacting to ground turkey - a product which has never given rise to symptoms before. Has anyone else seen increased food allergies during W30 or familiar with adverse reactions related to OAS?
