Ingredient Question

Hi there,

I'm 10 days into my Whole30 and as I was taking my supplements this morning, I realized I hadn't even considered reading the ingredients... With fingers crossed that they aren't sabotaging my Whole30 I searched Google to see if they are compliant and came up empty.

 

Can anyone tell me if Magnesium Stearate and Vegetable Cellulose are compliant with the program?

I am 48 days into a 60 day program and just realized the vitamin D my doctor recommended me take contains soy.  Ugh!!!  Do I restart?  I have been 100% compliant since starting.  I know I should have read the label.  I have been so good about reading food labels but for some reason spaced on the vitamin D.  One thought was to reintroduce beans/legumes as the last food group instead of a total restart.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Read through this article, and then decide for yourself what you're going to do.
