habitualpurpose Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 Pre W30, on a busy day, I would often put chicken thighs or chicken breasts in a crockpot, dump a simmer sauce on top and set it and forget it. This made assembling the meal at night fast and easy--just add some veggies and a salad and voila! I haven't found any W30 friendly simmer sauces yet. Do any of you have suggestions? I do now assemble my own crockpot meals with species etc--just looking for some dump and run options for those emergency days when things feel hectic. Thanks!
