betsylittrell
So I'm about to start my first Whole 30 on Sunday. I usually buy Boar's Head meat from the deli. I commonly buy London broil, low sodium ham, ovengold turkey and everroast chicken breast. I know they advertise they are gluten free, but their web site doesn't list ingredients, only nutrition content. Does anybody know if these meats contain any forbidden ingredients? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 26, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 26, 2016 You need to read the package of the item that YOU are going to consume everytime you purchase it. What is fine or not fine in my region may be different in yours.
AndreaH
I called their customer service line today as Tom recommend in one of the threads listed above (1-800-352-6277). You have to call during their business hours which didn't help me last night. So if it's after hours and you're wondering about the peppered salame - it has both dextrose and wine.
